ABOUT
Kan is an aspiring solicitor where he aspires to become a versatile and well-rounded solicitor in the near future.
Kan completed his LLM Bar Vocational Studies (with specialism in Advanced Criminal Practice) with Merit from City, University of London and obtained his LLB qualification from Queen’s University Belfast.
Kan’s previous work experience includes working as an immigration paralegal with an immigration firm in London, where he has worked on complex human rights based cases including Asylum, FLR(FP), Sham Marriage, and HR(O) applications, as well as working as a legal intern with Setfords Solicitors where he assisted with M&A transactions.
At Good Law International, Kan is working on a wide range of practice areas including Corporate & Commercial, Litigation, Employment, Family, and Housing.
Kan is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
